Hello! Welcome back to my blog. Today I will be cooking a Vietnamese dish from Vietnam called stir fried noodles (Asian macaroni noodles) with available ingredients at this moment.

This is a meal where my mom uses leftovers from a dish called Asian macaroni soup. Every stir fried noodle dish is a personal favorite, and this one is no exception! It does not take very long to cook and does not take a big toll on money. There are many different variations of this dish; it all depends on the cook and what leftovers you have. It can include meats, different vegetables, etc. This is usually a very healthy dish (may vary depending on ingredients). The noodles are also very easy to reheat; just pop them into the microwave for about a minute and you have a steamy, quick, and delicious meal!

Directions

First, add vegetable oil to the pan. Then add minced garlic. Add the macaroni noodles and the tofu into the pan to stir fry. Add the seasoning powder, soy sauce, pepper, and a little sugar and salt. Stir the ingredients until the seasoning and sauce mixes thoroughly with the noodles. When it looks just about ready, add eggs and scramble and mix them into the noodles until all cooked. Serve!
